This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can manage cleaning operations, teams, and client relationships across multiple sites in the Cape Region.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning teams and ensure performance standards are met
• Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery
• Oversee stock control and cleaning materials
• Plan and schedule labour using systems (e.g. PRP)
• Handle HR matters (discipline, grievances, performance)
• Conduct site inspections and ensure SLA compliance
• Support contract retention and customer satisfaction

 Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards
• Ability to interpret SLAs and conduct audits
• Understanding of HR processes and labour laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong organisational and time management skills

 Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Retail, Operations, Management, or related field)
• Proven experience in cleaning operations and staff supervision
• Experience managing multiple sites (advantageous)
• Hospitality or healthcare experience (highly advantageous)
