West Wits Mining invites recent matriculants who are passionate, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career in the mining industry to apply for its 2026 SLP Bursary Programme.

This programme aims to develop scarce skills and empower young South Africans through full tertiary study funding.

Minimum Requirements

South African citizen
Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
Good academic performance
- Electrical Engineering: Strong Maths & Science results
- Finance: Strong Maths results
Interest in Electrical Engineering or Finance
