 About the Financial Aid Programme

The Financial Aid Office at the University of the Western Cape is inviting qualifying students to apply for financial assistance for the 2026 academic year.

Applicants must:

✔ Be registered on the UWC university system for the 2026 academic year
✔ Use their student number as the application number
✔ Apply using their official student email address
✔ Upload all required supporting documents

 Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Students should ensure the following before applying:

• Your ID number must be entered without leading zeros

Example:

• Your student number will be used as your application number

• You must create your own password during the application process
