The South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) invites eligible South African students to apply for its External Bursary Programme for the 2026 academic year.
The programme is aimed at supporting students who are committed to advancing their education and contributing to the development of critical skills in South Africa.

Qualifications Covered
The SANAS Bursary Programme provides tuition-only funding for the following study levels:
National Diploma or Degree: up to R50 000
Honours or Postgraduate Diploma: up to R70 000
What the Bursary Covers
The bursary covers tuition fees only:
No accommodation
No textbooks
No living allowance
(Funding is subject to SANAS bursary conditions.)
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be South African citizens
Be registered or accepted at a recognised South African institution
Be committed to skills development and academic progress
Submit a complete application before the closing date
