The Letsatsi Borutho Trust Bursary Programme is designed to empower communities through access to education and skills development. Backed by the Letsatsi Borutho Trust, this initiative supports students living near the Droogfontein Solar Power Plant.

The programme focuses on helping individuals reach their full potential by funding studies in technical, vocational, and academic fields.

  • Tuition & registration fees
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • Learning materials (books & stationery)

 Selection Criteria

Candidates are selected based on:

  • Academic performance (Matric or latest results)
  • Financial need
  • Acceptance at a recognised institution

 Must be studying towards NQF Level 6 or higher

 Who Can Apply

Applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens 🇿🇦
  • Live within 50km of Droogfontein Solar Power Plant
  • Be accepted into a recognised SA institution
  • Submit a complete application with all documents
